Do you guys know any way of staying awake in early morning to study ? I can never able to study in night so I set alarm in the morning like 3 am. But when I awake up, I suddenly feel worse and unmotivated thus turning off the alarm and sleeping. I really need a way or I won't be able to pass . Thanks in advance (⌒▽⌒), also any actual good tips for how to focus in class?
Girl you feel worse so early in the morning because you're fkng up your circadian rhythm. Try tracking your natural sleep patterns by just going to sleep when you feel tired and letting yourself wake up when you don't need any more sleep for a week.
