Do you guys know any way of staying awake in early morning to study ? I can never able to study in night so I set alarm in the morning like 3 am. But when I awake up, I suddenly feel worse and unmotivated thus turning off the alarm and sleeping. I really need a way or I won't be able to pass . Thanks in advance (⌒▽⌒), also any actual good tips for how to focus in class?
All you need is a COLD SHOWER. I'm not a morning person but whenever I have to get up early I just make sure to get 7 hrs of sleep before. Sleep around 9pm and then get up around 3 am, go for a run, then get shower with cold water, even in winters. I personally think it's unproductive of us to sleep the whole night and then work for the entire day....... 1 reply
