I think the heat goes in place of the menstruation. Like usually in stories they're mentioned of having a womb but never ovaries or eggs so i always assumed that somehow they got pregnant without them (though i'm not sure how that would work). Anyway it's all fantasy in the end where they have a womb connected to their asses so ig it doesn't really...... reply
