How to Lose Weight
Hi guys this is such a random topic but any tips on how to lose weight quickly? I’ve been trying for awhile and nothings been really working. If you have any workout tips or foods I should eat/avoid please help me out :)

1. Calculate your TDEE
this is the total calories your body burns daily from just existing (even breathing burns calories!!). Use online calculators
2. Eat 10-20% less your TDEE
