How to Lose Weight
Hi guys this is such a random topic but any tips on how to lose weight quickly? I’ve been trying for awhile and nothings been really working. If you have any workout tips or foods I should eat/avoid please help me out :)
There are some easy changes you can make to your life that will help you lose weight, the most important thing is to stay in a caloric deficit but here are some simple lifestyle changes.
-PROTEIN. Seriously, up your protein intake. Don't cut out carbs, but lessen your portion of carbs and have an extra helping of whatever protein is on offer.
