What's your phobia?
I have two kinda odd phobia's. One is called Myrmecophobia (Fear of ant's) and the second is called Venephobia (Fear of veins). My Venephobia is worse then my Myrmecophobia. When i see my veins i start to shiver and sometimes feel sick. My friend's sometimes would make fun of me for being afraid of ants too. So what's your phobia?
Melissophobia/apiphobia: fear of bees and bee stings.
Mine is a more general phobia of any bug that stings/bites you, like wasps (speksophobia) and scorpions/spiders (arachnophobia). It's been a very persistent fear since I was a child. Everyone hates wasps, and most people understand the fear of spiders over a certain size, but people like bees....... reply
I managed to cure some of my phobias and get over some to an extent. I'll add the ones that marked my life the most
Scolopendrphobia - fear of centipedes. Their many legs and speed....are disturbing.

I'd say I have Thalassophobia which is "Fear of the ocean/large bodies of water." Its not THAT bad I guess, because I'm still able to go to the beach and play in the water, but I don't go deeper than my waist because I've always been afraid that I'd get swept out into the middle of the ocean. I tried looking up the name 4 it, but there isint 1. I have a phobia of computer glitches. It could be static on a computer screen, to video game glitches, or even a broken screen ( like when something hits it) when I see a glitch I start to twitch, feel itchy and I have the feeling of crawling skin.

OMGG when I read the question the first thing that came to my mind was m complicated relationship with the veins in my wrists! I have OCD so whenever I get anxious my veins feel strange(?) and I scratch them in a certain pattern to calm down, it's pretty bad so I usually wear sweatbands that apply a good amount of pressure to them to avoid it. thalassophobia. Fear of deap ocean/lake, those areas. Ever since I was small I was always scared of being under water without anything surrounding me or just the thought of being in deep in the ocean with the sea animals scared me. And I had this one dream that I was stuck under water in the ocean surrounded by stingrays. That was so terrifying. reply
