Any piece of media you think about differently now that you're older?
Is there any media (anime, manga or others) that you watched/read when you were younger on which you now have a different opinion? For example, something you used to love but now think it's bad, or something you didn't understand when you were younger and now realize it's actually good
Definitely 'Boy Meets Maria', when i first read it as a teenager I was so disturbed and couldn't really connect with the story, even though i shared much of the same trauma as Arima. Now though, as a much older teen i really understand the story and its messaging, it's such a beautifully written masterpiece, the way that Arima struggles to cope wi...... 3 reply
