Hey so ya I just want my autism coworker to stop rambling and let me work. Goal is to not get sent to HR.
I already pulled the "wow, that's crazy. Damn" multiple times. It ain't working. But any advice or personal experience thoughts, would be helpful. Thanks.
I mean, isn't the whole thing with autism that they often simply don't get conversational clues like that? They don't look for the hidden meaning behind your words but simply take them at face value.
