Mental illness
do you have a mental illness? i know this can be a sensitive topic, so if you don't want to write about it, please don't. but if you want to share some experiences you made with your mental illness, please tell me something. maybe something you cant talk about in real life, or just how the illness interferes with your normal life. anything. i am just currious and want to try to understand what other people think, and how they cope with their mental illness.
I have anxiety and depression. I was diagnosed with severe anxiety at age 7, I would give myself a panic attack just by trying to go to school. My depression became an issue once I became a teenager. I was suicidal around 14-16, but not to the point where I was hospitalized. I am now 25 and on a medication that helps me to live as normal of a life ...... reply
