About sex between an mc and anyone else

I mostly see this in KR bl actually, but I wonder if it's just me who dislikes(find it uncomfortable) seeing a main character, regardless if theyre top or bottom, having sex with anyone else and if it's non-con or concensual, especially so if the person they're sleeping with has a name and a face like an extra character or a villain is some cases (I especially hate those ones). In some cases it's not as bad, but in some popular ones (like example: pearl boy or minmotion syndrome)
The sex scenes between the mcs and the baddies are so explicit and I know it's supposed to be uncomfortable but I still think the super detailed sex scenes are overkill
Some aren't as extreme as the ones above tho but smth Abt just makes me tweak so much so I dropped pearl boy and painter of the night(this one I didn't stick around to find out if it actually happened) permanently
I also don't think it's a super bad thing maybe it just isn't for me
its been in my mind for so long
I'm just curious what other people's thoughts are on this
