i have a nightmare that's been recurring over the last few months or so and what wakes me up from it is actually the fact that my head is aching so hard I can no longer stand to remain in the dream. afterward i have a pounding, almost migraine-like headache for a while that eventually fades. that's anecdotal but it's 100% my true experience, so mak...... 1 reply
