Ok first of all why

why tf did I just find out that if a minor rapes an adult in the USA the adult is arrested.. and the reason is because the adult did not stop the minor from raping them like BITCH be fr you can't be serious first of all rape is not something you can control.. like no way they made this a rule.. and if I had the power to stop someone from raping me then I'd use that shit anytime anyday.. do they not get the concept of rape?? Do they expect every adult to have super strength and every minor to be weak asf cuz I know some people who are under 18 and strong asf.. I literally just read a story on Reddit about this and they said they went to jail for getting raped by a 14 year old. the crazy part is that the police didn't even bother to listen.. like the victim was a 20 yr old and nearly unconscious, and now they a sex offender for something that wasn't their fault.. I don't understand how it happened but if you get raped the rapist should go to jail PERIODDDD.
