I am the only one?
Sometime before sleeping I feel like I won't wake up in the morning So I clean my room and my phone of everything that could be embarrassing if found I am not sick or anything. Before I was scared of sleeping because of that but now I just think it is what it is.
I used to be scared as a little kid that my parents would die or get killed while I was sleeping. My mom used to cuddle with me every night before I went to bed, and I’d try to lock/ trap her in my room so she couldn’t leave me. I think she thought I was just playing a game bc I never told her why.
