Have you ever seen Boku no Pico? What's your opinion on it?
I'm watching it now, for the first time as I type this question. I thought it wasn't going to be this bad. Sure my friends told me not to watch it. But thought they were just over reacting.
Maybe it's because I've read a few (a lot) shotacon myself too which is why I thought Boku no pico wasn't that disgusting or as bad as people have said. I guess for starters who have never ventured out into the yaoi realm and only stayed with the typical "high school" "salaryman" yaoi types of stories would find Bnp quite disturbing. Hahahaha I feel like Boku no Pico is like a rite of passage for anime fans, and more so for yaoi/shounen-ai fans. I saw it once years ago and I haven't seen it since. However, there's a lot in Boku no Pico that you can NEVER unsee/unhear...

My opinion is that it's shit. Porn-wise it's a comedy/disgusting cringefest. Story-wise it's.. well there's not much of a story.
Also, the idea that there's some kind of "slippery slope" in yaoi is missleading. People don't just go "well I've had enough highschool gay sex, now I wanna watch KIDS have sex cos I'm bored!"

Tbh though, I just couldn't take it seriously. I watched them (yes, all 3) out of curiosity after watching and laughing at reaction videos. I didn't hate them or anything, but I'll probably never watch them again... I think I ended up laughing most of the time because it was so unrealistic... Especially the third one. reply
