Is anyone else suffering from winter depression?
Life feels like the same old again, it always happens to me this time of year. Winter depression is real not even my favorite bls be cheering me up . Nothing is going right and I’m so bored. I can’t wait for when the weather gets warmer and I’ll be back to myself again.
yeah i think because i stay inside a lot and that i can't hang out with my friends, i start overthinking like crazy. plus i hate texting so im bored^2, so i think my brain just starts making me depressed cuz i have no stimuli other than reels and tt reply
