Is anyone else suffering from winter depression?
Life feels like the same old again, it always happens to me this time of year. Winter depression is real not even my favorite bls be cheering me up . Nothing is going right and I’m so bored. I can’t wait for when the weather gets warmer and I’ll be back to myself again.
Yeaaa i get pretty bad SAD (seasonal affective disorder) its a type of depression. Like i have MDD but it get significantly worse with like the sun not showing up.
You can get meds for it but getting a depression diagnosis sucks in general. I just dont have a great experience with trying to get a formal diagnosis
