Is anyone else suffering from winter depression?
Life feels like the same old again, it always happens to me this time of year. Winter depression is real not even my favorite bls be cheering me up . Nothing is going right and I’m so bored. I can’t wait for when the weather gets warmer and I’ll be back to myself again.
Yeah, it’s SAD season. My mood actually plummeted this week I’ve also been spending most of my free time asleep and sometimes have difficulty focusing. I’m also not feeling well in general rn so yeah.
