Mental illness
do you have a mental illness? i know this can be a sensitive topic, so if you don't want to write about it, please don't. but if you want to share some experiences you made with your mental illness, please tell me something. maybe something you cant talk about in real life, or just how the illness interferes with your normal life. anything. i am just currious and want to try to understand what other people think, and how they cope with their mental illness.
Well tbh my mother (registered nurse) says I have some social anxiety but, because she's not a professional in psychology she can't diagnose me. I think my social anxiety is way higher then she says it is. For example, I can't walk around a store alone without panicking and or talk to a person at any register without assistance, basically I can't b...... reply
