Why do people think that depression is cool?
like girls at my school are acting like their world ended because a senior rejected them....they try to cut their veins with the blade of a sharpener. One person brought a knife at school and tried to cut their veins. LIKE BRO if you wanna die go die at your house why you gotta do it at school and get expelled? and the reason is always because of a rejection.
In my experience with people like this, they’re doing it publicly because they need the validation that comes with attention. Possibly since they aren’t receiving the necessary attention at home or from that senior. Sometimes people mix up love and affection with attention and it’s honestly not their fault.
