How did you know you were depressed? Especially if you got a diagnosis? I’m asking bc I’ve been wondering myself if I might be depressed but I’m not sure
the lasting emptiness. it cant really be described as sadness because thats usually fleeting. but the emptiness stick around and lingers. that for me tho reply
