help i think im spiraling down into anxiety and bouts of overthinking. how do you self soothe? normally reading manga/manhwa/manhua does it for me but i feel like its not working now
I'm prone to panic attacks from my anxiety. Usually to self soothe I listen to music with my ear buds in so I can have it as loud as I want and huddle under my blanket for a while. If I'm outside my home I try to find a quiet place to listen to music and re-figure out how to breath. Hope this helps! reply
