help i think im spiraling down into anxiety and bouts of overthinking. how do you self soothe? normally reading manga/manhwa/manhua does it for me but i feel like its not working now

I suffer for anxiety attacks and what I do is listen to music with earbuds on or without or if I’m in the comfort of my room or the living room (alone), I would do some yoga and/or guided meditation.
