Tuna sweetcorn sandwich, Mix equal parts tuna and sweetcorn and then add equal amounts of mayo (or less if you like) add a pinch of salt and mix it all together and put it in two sliced of bread. You can also add cucumber to it if you like by putting a few sliced on the bread and then putting the tuna sweetcorn filling ontop.
