i hate miscommunication tropes where the lead couple r literally adults, like ur telling me that ur pushing 30 yet ur acting all jealous & ignoring ur partner instead of confronting them about it?? like bro is not a highschooler, u literally have an office job
Aside from all tropes that are obviously weird I would say that a normal trope I hate is that in almost every shitty romance I stumble upon the peak of the story is some kind of a big event when usually the main character ends up in the hospital and the ml comes to save them and then confess their love.
