As someone who used to have a gambling addiction and spend all the money i have on Gacha, all I can say is that the only way for your habit to get better is to quit the reason for it to be there.
For me, quitting and avoiding playing any game that has gacha mechanics in them and only spending that money on full fledged games made it way better.
