anyone else ticked off about how ai is being shoved down our throats on every fucking website or thing ever? ig its more relevant to me personally cuz im pursuing a career in animation/art

i get it, it can be used as a tool to enhance efficiency and stuff but all i've seen so far is slop.

on pinterest I can't search a general term like "female witch character" without being bombarded with ugly gooner ai, when I search "lofi" on youtube the top searches are AI generated lofi with AI thumbnails,
tiktok has countless ai trends (mostly harmless, but still), AI games, AI ads, stupid ass AI google result, ai porn (I dont even wanna get into the whole thing of AI being used in the porn industry), AI animes/movies

it's especially saddening when a well respected/popular artist gets exposed for using ai for their work to pump out more content. like ru fr? i will always respect a beginner artist who tries than an AI user too lazy to make their own shit.
