do you you think it's a great representation ? i personally don't think so. i'll take a human example : Call me by your name. masterpiece for sure, but not a good representation: - Fetishism of gay sex - Both are straight but you know just... waiting for the right girl - Minor x Adult. not a good relationship tho.
I don't know, even as a queer person I never saw yaoi or yuri as real representation but one thing is you can't judge a whole genre or people in that community just base on some books, you are always bound to come across both good and bad stuffs in one community so that's my opinion reply
