do you you think it's a great representation ? i personally don't think so. i'll take a human example : Call me by your name. masterpiece for sure, but not a good representation: - Fetishism of gay sex - Both are straight but you know just... waiting for the right girl - Minor x Adult. not a good relationship tho.
i don’t think yaoi is good rep due to its unrealistic and over the top plots sometimes, like it just gets weird. yaoi is just porn basically. on the other hand if were talking ab shounen ai, i think those are a little more realistic and is better rep. there are still crazy shounen ais though. reply
