What actions you find hot in theory/fiction but in reality icks you?

So I was reading this BL and he was licking his ear & his piercing and I was like "dayum that was hot" but I ick so hard after because that's kinda gross

coz i bet not everyone clean their ears everyday (i do to the point its bleeding but yeah most of people don't, base on my observation)
