While I believe you shouldn't dwell on the concept, I'll entertain you. Taking the liberty of assuming the anal canal is the birth canal and connected to the womb. I imagine it works how a normal birth works with maybe symptoms that retract or minimize the penis and ball sack to accomodate for the baby. Though the image is strange, the human vagin...... reply
