why are people treating this site as a friend forum?

am i out of the loop?? ive seen so many posts recently on 'who do u block', 'do you become friends with minors' like those are genuine ones i saw today but is this not a reading site?? like how on earth are you on here that much to the point youre able to 'rage-bait' and harass individuals ?? i enter here to see my manga and im off to my ACTUAL life... why does it feel like some people chronically live on here... ew guys pls do better...
