No , I like to allow my brain run loose and let it imagine the background itself!
But if it like somewhere like a hotel or somewhere I’m not familiar with
Then I use musics. Not to just distract anyone who comes by but it distract myself from the fact I’m out of my comfort zone and to allow myself to relax a bit...... reply
