What's a quote from a story that actually impacted how you view the world?
For me it's these two: "You painted a naked woman because you enjoyed looking at her, put a mirror in her hand and you called the painting “Vanity,” thus morally condemning the woman whose nakedness you had depicted for you own pleasure." By John Berger And "Often father and daughter look down on mother (woman) together. They exchange meaningful glances when she misses a point. They agree that she is not bright as they are, cannot reason as they do. This collusion does not save the daughter from the mother’s fate" by Bunny Burstow
Both of these are quotes i read when i was way younger and i think these are the reason i am so "woke" now, since then I've read a lot more feminist books who gave even more interesting analysis on gender and womanhood but these two are what started it all

Gotta say, Reverend Insanity has some interesting ideas, although not welcome sometimes.
"Time has never healed the wounds of the heart, except that your hearts have grown old. The worst thing is not your body growing old but your hearts aging."
“Loyalty to others is betrayal to oneself, betraying others is loyalty to yourself.” reply
