personally don't think so. even irl, gender isnt defined by the body, so unless omega/alpha men/women explicitly want to be called something, father should still apply to omega men (and mother to alpha women).
also, theres many bl, mainly chinese ones, that aren't omegaverse that refer to the "bottom" (usually the person with less power) as a "wif...... reply
im leaning it should be mandatory them to take medication, unless they have a special constitution. if the case is that suppressants are causing severe, long-term side effects, then there's no solution.
