is it okay to be scared of the future? I'm so scared like srsly scared I think abt it 24/7 before i sleep even when I wake up. I don't want to be smth I hate I always try my best but the thought of it haunts me. and I'm scared to disappoint my family, idk if u have anything helpful pls tell me!! I'll be grateful ty
