My sleep schedule got so cooked cuz of late night study sessions... I sleep anywhere from 4am to 6am and then wake up at 1pm. I gotta force myself to sleep at least at 3am so i can wake up at 5am for exams T.T reply

Before when I was still in high school I usually sleep from 9 PM until 12 NN, our school schedule starts at 1:30 PM and I just do my assignments at school lol coz I love sleeping before
Now my sleeping routine is fucked, I sleep whenever I want and stay awake as long as I can. Basically, it's either sleep for 20 hrs or awake for 20 hrs no in betw...... reply
