Try to find beauty in yourself like even small part is enough. Whenever you take pic or find some cute pic of yours dont think to negatively and just give yourself a praise like how cute your smile is or how beautiful your hair are and so on. Start to slowly remove(?) your daily makeup as in the product, for example i only wear liptint now and use ...... reply
