Hiiya! I'm currently in recovery from an ed (eating disorder, not erectile disfunction btw. Which I would actually prefer bcs I want to have a dick) and I'm still figuring out how much to eat and not feel guilty abt what I eat :D
SO, it would be cool if someone shared what they ate today?
Also PLEEASE drop some recipes!!!! I'd love to try out recipes from different cultures/your fav recipes (⌒▽⌒)
Today I ate LOTSS of stuff, like a stroopwafel (Dutch caramel cookie) themed icecream!
Oh and if you only ate like one mango today (mangos are so fkn good though) thats fine to comment too dw, i wont get triggered or anything if you were worried abt that
For the whole day I had
1. 3 cups of black tea no sugar
2. 1 cup of hibiscus tea no sugar
3. 1 cup of water
4. Granola + sunflower seeds + chia seeds + milk
5. Apple
6. Orange
7. Pork soup (pork,tomatoes,green pepper, carrot, onion) + pasta

Breakfast i had left over cake. I demolished the entire thing Ike I've never seen food before then gracefully washed it down with coffee (no sugar cause health lmao)
Lunch I had these stir fry pancakes I made. I'll put the recipe at the end for anyone who wants.

Roasted oatmeal with chocolate powder, honey, and lots of peanut butter! Just mix everything as much as you like while they’re warm

today, I went to a restaurant with my friends for lunch and i ate wonton noodle soup and pork & shrimp shumai :) i also had a small boba drink after! then i had chicken curry for dinner :)

Then a modest granola bar between my classes
KitKat, lemon iced tea and a mango for lunch (with other fruit and dried fruit)
Then I had dinner which was butter chicken (it was so fuckun good I felt like I was gonna bust all over the table) had 2 servings

Mango curry at a Thai restaurant and it was so good. I am eyeing on their yellow curry and pad see ew. I also plan to try fufu on Friday because fufu is trending and it looks good. Also, 3 days ago, I had seafood boil and it was fun tearing crab legs to eat the meat. I never spoiled myself this much before tbh and I'm glad I did. It was worth it. reply
