Lol I get it. Depends of the person but I would answer with nonchallence and say "at least I can fit in tight space" ex : I can sleep in bus or airplane, I always have enough space for my legs, or something about never having to bump my head into things, like low roof or furnitures.
As for the hands, it's tricky I'm giving you this and I so underst......
