I wanna try actually properly made kimchi cuz one time i went to a korean bbq, tried the kimchi and i almost puked like it tasted so bad but i feel like it wasn't made properly or something cuz half of the side dishes tasted like shit too. All i ate was the meat and some lettuce wraps
