is my favourite procrastination motto, it works every time I start to overthink too much or when some work problems keep me awake at night: nothing is going to change overnight, go to bed and think about it later reply
its ok to make mistakes and to fail over and over
i have issues w remembering that failure is normal and reminding myself helps me get less anxious about most things tbh reply

not exactly a phrase but when im lost i always try to remind myself that i got myself, i can rely on myself, I love myself, and that it will always be that way no matter what.
Its just a few words i repeat loudly in my head and ngl they are effective and keep me going
