Has anyone ever had a paranormal experience? Something that you just can't explain?
I remember when I was young, I was in a restaurant and my mind just felt different. I feel like something/someone else was in my body with me, and we were sharing our actions. My thoughts were empty and everything that night was kind of a blur. It didn't feel like dissociation or derealization or any of the other D's. It also only happened once in my life so far so it couldn't be DID either. I genuinely thought for the longest time that I was possessed and a part of me still thinks I was.

Rather me it's my younger cousin, when she was a kid her and her family had a neighbor who's well known for being nice and lives with her cat, but one day her neighbor started to act abnormal to the point she killed her cat.
