Has anyone ever had a paranormal experience? Something that you just can't explain?
I remember when I was young, I was in a restaurant and my mind just felt different. I feel like something/someone else was in my body with me, and we were sharing our actions. My thoughts were empty and everything that night was kind of a blur. It didn't feel like dissociation or derealization or any of the other D's. It also only happened once in my life so far so it couldn't be DID either. I genuinely thought for the longest time that I was possessed and a part of me still thinks I was.
My parents went out one night leaving my three older siblings and I alone. We watched a scary movie before my two oldest siblings forced my sister and I to go turn off the lights of the house.
