how do I get rid of social anxiety because everytime I get to meet cool and funny people I want to freely express my personality around them but the only thing holding me back is my self-doubt and fear of rejection so I just come across as a boring person when I'm not well acquainted with someone

For me I just threw my shame away and stopped giving a fuck about people and what they thought of me bc, am I ever going to see them again? Nope so why should I care about people that don't care about me, and even if they were to care they should accept me for as I am not what they want to see me as, so just be yourself and stop giving a fuck about...... reply
