I gained anger issues from holding back emotions alot anyways idk mine I just watch tiktok and pet my cats, sometimes if it's towards someone I'd give them burnt food... Or spam them. My spam will be literally full of random words. Like after 25 messages that means I'm angry LMAO and I calmed down.
i smoke a blunt, impregnate someone, smash alcohol bottles, buy a gun and shoot randoms sometimes. idk it depends. there was one time my e gf left me so i sent her a package with my dead skin and nails and yh. 3 reply
