What would you do if someone just.. randomly approached you — even calling out for you with your Mangago user?

I've been wondering this ever since those random bots at your message inbox mentions your user while sending a random link. Like.. I would've bursted out laughing if someone called me "Your Future Pink Dildo", "BLTh1rstrat", "Simp in Collage", or even "Quanxi's Simp"..
