I just found out my first K-pop bias, the one who introduced me to the genre and meant so much to me, became an ambassador for Coca-Cola—a company known to support Is***l. It’s making me pause and think: is he unaware of the issue, or does he not see a problem with the association?
You have to remember how men are in Korea, K-pop idols aren’t any different. It’s so bad there that women refuse to date or get married, majority of men have no respect for women, hate feminism, and are ignorant towards anything that doesn’t directly harm them.
