Few tips that I have found that work a bit but only IF YOU REALLY WANT TO CHANGE
1 (obvious) set alarms with fun lil messages like "we can do this start your task". Or "get up stupid bitch and WORK" Lol whichever works
If its school work you are struggling with do work in 30 then 10...... reply
