Guys how do i stop my period from making me smell like PERIOD BLOOD?!... Its so PUNGENT. Like i shower, change my pad everytime i use the restroom, wash my hands, and absolutely DOUSE myself in perfume and istg you can STILL smell it im crashing out wtf does anyone else have this problem?
this is gonna sound awkward ASFF but try shaving down there if you dont. ofc there's nothing wrong with not doing it but I find that alot of ordour can occur due to the added elements of sweats and such. and the hair really do gather that shit (also its fuckass summer). i dont have a similar problems but when I shave my armpits i dont generally sme...... 2 reply
I mean, it depends on how it smells
It's normal for one to change their odor when we get our period, but it shouldn't be pungent?
It's more like a mild or light scent when you get close to the area

I started using cups
If you planing too then Use them with lubricant and correct size and sape will give you less or no discomfort
1 menstrual cup can be use up to 5 to 10 year depand how you take care of it
Boile it when yr period started then use it and boil again after yr period end 1 reply

As long as you're bathing well at least once a day and changing your pad often nobody else can smell you, you can smell yourself because your so close, unless people are putting their noses right on you they aren't smelling you. Even if they did girls will understand and boys will think you might have an injury since they won't have the scent memor...... 1 reply
I smell period blood on people, its not unpleasant and just a faint irony scent. You shouldn't be stressed about it. The thing that makes it stronger is sweat, use deodorant on you thighs. reply
Wipe down there with some water any wipe soaps that's good for the genitals. Do it every time you change your pad. Hopefully that should at least mitigate the smell. 1 reply
