battling addiction
ok ik its stupid but genuinely HOWW do i get over this addiction?
im literally so addicted to roblox i can playit for hours on end, every time i delete within the next hour i download it agaib
what do i do help i cant go outside to do hobbies for personal reasons ok help pls i dont want to play roblox anymore but i cant quit. even now i have withdrawal symptoms.. i go on tiktok to distract myself then i see people playing roblox then that just makes me want to play it more
Start limiting your hours of play
There's this app called sceenzen where u can limit the time you use any app, you can lock it after certain time has passed or even js pause for a couple of minutes
I mostly use it to not drag myself down on twt or watching tiktoks reply

At first it's just best to minimize your time rather than uninstalling it right away.
If you play for 4 hours, try playing for 3h and a half for a week, and use those 30 minutes left to so other things you enjoy or find more productive, them you expend less and less time slowly.

Sounds like Roblox takes up a huge chunk of your days so when you just go cold turkey u don’t have anything to fill the time so you just end up thinking about it more. I suggest
1- deleting tiktok or creating a new acc that dun give you Roblox content or block Roblox content on your current account
2- get some indoor hobbies like drawing or c...... reply
gang i was in ur position with an ftf addiction a month ago, I ended up watching more TV and ended up choosing to watch TV over playing roblox and then once I finished the show I ended up forgetting abt roblox and kinda just moved onto more milder distractions (I got genshin again so idk how mild that is) but basically keep distracting urself with ...... 2 reply
ok so i was heavily addicted to gaming tiktok social media etc so i will say what worked for me
1- dont do that thing when its 4 am and your like "tomorrow ill change my life and do 47 changes". Focus on one problem and fix that
2- do an easy change: when i was quitting social media, especially short form videos, i watched a bunch of tv. It souds...... reply
